Are you looking for a rustic barn atmosphere for your wedding? Dress it up, or dress it down, our barn & venue have everything you need to have a magical wedding. If you've been looking for a peaceful outdoor or barn setting with sounds of nature, beautiful sunsets, upscale rustic feel then look no further than Valley Brook Farm. Have your perfect wedding inside or outside! We have several choices for you to choose from: Get married next to our peaceful slow rolling creek or inside of our stunning red barn. We are unlike anyone else around, we cater to you on your special day and offer the most options for your wedding. Our venue offers a unique feel to your special day and it's our personal commitment to go out of our way to help make your wedding dreams come true!

Booking Info/ Wedding Packages

Package 1
Our most popular wedding package is our two day wedding. The current rate for this package is $4,000. This includes a Friday rehearsal (4:00 pm- 10:00 pm and a Saturday wedding (8:00 am - 11:00 pm). Our first package includes setup of tables and white chairs for 150 guest. We can accommodate additional guest if needed for an additional cost. We have bench style seating for your outdoor ceremony. Included in Package 1: Weekday use of the property for photos. Any signs, decorations, antiques, or props owned by us are yours to borrow. We also have a fire pit with firewood, corn hole boards, yard games etc. which are all included. Also at least one parking attendant is included in this package. A $500 deposit is due upon booking. Active military also get an an additional 5% off (we appreciate your service and sacrifice).
Package 2
Our second wedding package is a Sunday wedding (8:00 am -10: pm). This package includes a weekday rehearsal (Monday-Thursday 4:00 pm-10:00 pm & must be scheduled) Our second package includes everything listed above in the first package and the cost is $3,000.

Package 3
Our third package offered is a weekday wedding. Monday-Thursday (8:00 am-10:00 pm) and includes set up for 50 guests. We can set up for additional guests for additional cost. This includes everything listed in the above packages (Does not include day before Rehearsal) and the cost is $1,500.

We will gladly book your wedding date up to two years in advance. We encourage you to book early as spots will fill quickly. Please look at our calendar to see available dates. We also do reception only events, showers, vow renewals, parties, reunions etc. Please contact us for pricing on these events and availability.
