Pricing & Availability
Booking Info + Wedding Packages

Package 1
is our most sought-after option, encompassing a two-day celebration for $4,000. This package grants access to the venue for a Friday rehearsal from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, followed by the wedding day on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. It includes the setup of tables and white chairs for up to 150 guests, with the possibility of accommodating additional guests for an added fee. For outdoor ceremonies, we provide bench seating. Furthermore, couples can enjoy weekday use of the property for photography sessions. Our collection of signs, decorations, antiques, and props is available for your use, along with amenities such as fire pit, corn hole boards, and yard games. To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required, which is included in the total amount. Additionally, we ask for a refundable $300 security deposit that will be returned to you once the wedding and property inspection are complete. We proudly offer a 5% discount for active military personnel, teachers, and first responders as a gesture of appreciation.
Package 2
caters to a Sunday wedding from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, priced at $3,000. This package includes a weekday rehearsal (Monday to Thursday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, by reservation) and incorporates all features of Package 1.

Package 3
is ideal for those looking for a weekday celebration, available Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. This package accommodates up to 50 guests for $1,500 and includes all the offerings of previous packages, with the exception of the day-before rehearsal.

At Valley Brook Farm, we are pleased to accommodate wedding bookings up to two years in advance. We highly recommend securing your preferred date as early as possible, considering that availability is limited, and dates are likely to fill quickly. To assist you in this process, we invite you to consult our online calendar, which reflects all available dates for your special occasion.
